Quality Initiatives

IQAC (Internal Quality Assurance Cell) is a mechanism set up by Educational Institutions to monitor and evaluate the quality of activities performed in institutions. IQAC of Nagarjuna College of Management Studies ensures continuous improvement and quality enhancement of the Institution.    

IQAC at Nagarjuna College of Management Studies comprises a team of faculty members and administrative staff, who work towards maintaining and attaining excellence in all the academic and administrative activities. IQAC’s primary objective is to “develop a system for consistent, sustainable, and catalytic improvement in the performance of the Institution” and is also responsible to develop quality benchmarks, encourage faculty members to participate in quality improvement programs. It conducts regular audit to monitor the quality of teaching, research, extension activities and provides feedback for improvement. It also promotes the use of modern technology for academic and administrative motives.

Mission 

  • To establish student centric-learning environment, through ICT tools. 
  • To ensure effective delivery of curriculum and value based education. 
  • To organize seminars, workshops and Faculty Development Programs, liaisoning with various functional departments. 
  • To promote Research culture among faculty members and Students. 
  • Systematic documentation of various activities to maintain Institutional data base for quality enhancement. 

The policy is to bring continuous enhancement in the functioning of the institution by implementing timely, efficient and innovative measures to ensure qualitative and progressive performance in all spheres with appropriate interventions and commitment. 

  • Development of Quality Culture in the institution. 
  • Ensuring  continuous development and application of quality benchmarks/parameters for various academic and administrative activities of the institution 
  • Creating a learner-centric environment that fosters faculty development and utilizes technology for effective teaching and learning,  
  • Collecting feedback from students, parents and other stakeholders on quality-related aspects.  
  • Documentation of the various programmes/activities leading to quality improvement. 
  • Development of Quality Culture in the institution. 
  • Preparing an Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) according to NAAC guidelines and parameters for submission to NAAC. 
  • To act as a liaison between institution and other accrediting bodies to ensure smooth process
