- Prevention and redressal of sexual harassment cases and other acts of gender based violence in the institution.
- Implementation of the policy in letter and spirit through proper reporting of the complaints and their follow-up procedures.
OBJECTIVES
- To raise awareness about Anti-sexual harassment awareness and its effects on the behavior of the students and employees.
- To prevent and address incidents of sexual harassment.
- Creating a safe and supportive environment for students and employees.
FUNCTIONS
- Provide a confidential platform for individual to report incidents.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and campaigns to raise awareness about sexual harassment.
- Receive and register complaints of sexual harassment, if any.
- Provide emotional and psychological support to victims of sexual harassment.
